For me, keeping a kosher home is very personal. It brings me a deep connection to the past and a level of spirituality that is hard to explain. But another reason I keep a kosher home is to be inclusive. ANYONE can feel comfortable eating in my home. If you don't keep kosher, you won't ever notice a difference between a meal at my home and elsewhere. But if you do, you can be confident that everything I offer meets your requirements. When I invite guests, I always ask if they have any dietary restrictions; I can accommodate anyone.
